On Site Project Management

  • Estimating & Cost Control
    Drawings, specifications, proposals, on site
    measurements and other documentation will be analyzed by Arthur our Estimator to prepare time cost and labour estimates for on site projects. Cost factors will be worked out and estimates will be prepared for such Management purposes as
    planning scheduling and organization of work
    determining cost effectiveness.
  • Project Planning & Scheduling
    Our onsite supervisor will accompany trades persons to site & out line methods, procedures & safety requirements to get the job done safely,
    efficiently and cost effectively without effecting the production schedule.
  • Project Completion
    Once an on site job has been completed Our
    on Site foreman will conduct an inspection to
    ensure the job's quality of workmanship has been carried out to the clients requirements.
